Exercise program

I have an ongoing exercise program going on. I have to keep it up the rest of my life. I am one of those women who has to have exercise in order to keep my weight in check. It is also good for stress and every thing life throws at you. It makes it better on your metabolism also. Everyone needs some form of exercise. You do not have to kill yourself and do hours of exercise at a time. if you exercise 4 times a week, this will be better than nothing and very helpful,as long as you mix up your workouts.
